Refund and Returns Policy

At Shyvika Chithra Shala, we take pride in delivering high-quality handmade products. Due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:

1. No Refund on Original Artworks and Handmade Products

• Since our artworks and handmade products are unique and handcrafted, all sales are considered final.

• Minor variations in texture, color, design, and size are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

2. Custom Orders

• Custom orders are created according to customer specifications; therefore, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once work has started.

• If there is a genuine issue with a custom order due to our error (such as incorrect dimensions or specifications), we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional cost.

3. Refunds for Damaged Goods

• If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging must be provided for review.

• Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the damage.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Refunds for Payment Errors

• In the event of duplicate payments or incorrect charges, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
