4. Custom Orders

• Custom orders require 100% advance payment before work begins.

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the custom order is confirmed and work has started.

• We will provide a draft or sample for approval before finalizing the custom order where applicable.

• Slight variations from the approved draft due to the handmade nature of the product are expected.
