• Selling handmade and customized arts and crafts.
• Selling digital prints of artwork.
• Conducting art and craft classes (both online and offline).
• Hosting art exhibitions and events.

2. Product Availability and Descriptions

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
• Since all artworks are handmade and unique, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payment via:
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
• Payment is required in full before order processing begins.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
  • Incorrect pricing or availability
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete payment information

4. Custom Orders

• Custom orders require a 100% advance payment before work begins.
• No cancellations or refunds are allowed once the custom order is confirmed and work has started.
• We will provide a draft or sample for approval before finalizing the custom order.
• Slight variations from the approved draft due to the handmade nature of the product are expected.

5. Digital Print Orders

• Digital prints of original artworks can be ordered at a reduced price.
• Once a digital print is ordered and delivered, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including but not limited to images, designs, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Shyvika Chithra Shala.
• No part of the website content or products may be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
• Digital prints are for personal use only. Commercial use or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Event and Workshop Registration

• Full payment is required to confirm registration.
• No refunds for last-minute cancellations (less than 3 days before the event).
• If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
• If you cannot attend an event, you can transfer your registration to someone else by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or natural events (e.g., floods, strikes, pandemics).
• All liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

✅ Use false information when creating an account.
✅ Attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality.
✅ Copy or misuse website content without permission.
