Refund Policy
At Shyvika Chithra Shala, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handmade products and unique art experiences. However, due to the nature of our products and services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. No Refund on Original Artworks
- Since original artworks are handmade and unique, all sales are considered final.
- Minor variations in texture, color, and size are natural in handmade products and are not considered defects.
2. Custom Orders
- Custom orders are personalized based on client specifications; therefore, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the work has started.
- If there is a genuine issue with the custom order (e.g., wrong dimensions or color), we will correct the issue at no extra charge.
3. Digital Prints
- Digital print orders are non-refundable.
- If the wrong digital file is delivered due to our error, we will correct and resend it at no cost.
4. Workshops and Events
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days before the event.
- If you miss a workshop or class, no refunds will be provided.
- If we cancel an event, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Refund for Damaged Goods
- If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- We will either provide a replacement or process a refund based on the nature of the damage.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
7. Refunds for Payment Errors
- If you make a duplicate payment or are charged incorrectly, we will process a full refund within 7 business days.
