Care Guide for Acrylic Paintings on Canvas

Thank you for investing in an original artwork. To ensure your painting stays vibrant and beautiful for years to come, please follow this care guide:

1. Display Tips

Avoid direct sunlight – UV rays can fade colors over time.

Hang in a cool, dry place away from moisture (no bathrooms or kitchens).

Keep away from heaters, air conditioners, or fireplaces.

2. Cleaning

Dust gently using a soft, dry microfiber cloth or feather duster.

Never use water, sprays, or cleaning products on the painting.

Do not touch the painted surface directly oils from fingers can damage the finish.

3. Handling

Handle by the edges or frame, not the canvas.

Always use clean hands or gloves when moving the painting.

 

4. Storage

If not displayed, store the painting upright in a dry area.

Cover lightly with cotton cloth or acid-free paper (not plastic).

Avoid stacking or leaning objects against it.

5. Framing (Optional)

You can frame your painting for extra protection, but it’s not required.

Avoid glass directly touching the paint – if framing with glass, use a spacer.
